What did you understand the purpose of the learning contract to be?

The purpose of the learning contract was to gain a better understanding of the spanish language by immersing ourselves in different aspects of the language: culture, vocal, auditory, written, etc.

What did you like about the learning contract? (Specific)

I especially enjoyed the culturegrams because it really gave me an opportunity to read and learn about other spanish-speaking countries. I understood what makes them unique and how they are similar to the United States

What did you not like about the learning contract? (Specific)

I did not like the speaking portion of the contract. All of the options seemed very over-the-top and too much required compared to the other categories.

What would you change to make the learning contract better?

Making it a group project, but also raising the point requirements. It wouldnt be so intimidating with a group to work with.

Would you suggest that teachers in other content areas use a learning contract? Which subjects?

No because the other subjects don't really have a wide variety of learning aspects like Spanish does. Maybe other language classes could use the contract, but subjects like math or biology just wouldn't be as effective.
